Alternatively, send us your Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or designs, and we promise a detailed quotation with complete introductions within just 24 hours.
2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely! Our flexible order system allows you to mix and match colors and models as per your specific requests. Additionally, sizes are fully customizable to meet your exact requirements.
3. Can customers have the sample before ordering? What's the sample policy?
Certainly! We are delighted to offer you customized samples. Although sample costs apply, rest assured that these costs will be reimbursed when you place a full order.
4. How to ensure quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Controllers (QC) oversee all critical processes and conduct thorough checks post-production. Prior to shipping, we can provide you with detailed photos and videos. Should you have a representative or office in China, we warmly welcome them for an in-person inspection to verify every detail. We also accommodate third-party inspections such as SGS and COC.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
