2. Can customers order different models and colors in one order?
Absolutely, you can customize your order by mixing colors and models as per your desires. Additionally, sizes are fully customizable to fit your unique requirements.
3. Can customers receive a sample before placing an order? What is the sample policy?
Certainly. We are delighted to offer a personalized sample tailored to your preferences. A sample fee is required, which will be refunded upon placement of your order.
4. How can you ensure quality? Are customers allowed to inspect the products?
Our dedicated quality control team oversees every critical phase and conducts checks post-production. Prior to shipment, we provide photographic and video documentation for your review. Should you have representation in China, we welcome them for an on-site inspection. They can meticulously evaluate every detail. Additionally, we accommodate third-party inspections, such as SGS and COC.
