3. Can customers receive a sample before ordering? What is the sample policy?
Certainly. We are delighted to offer customized samples. A sample cost will be charged, but this cost is refundable upon placing your order.
4. How do you ensure quality? Can customers conduct inspections?
Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team meticulously oversees each key process to ensure superior quality. We provide photographic and video documentation of your product before loading. If you have representatives or an office in China, you are welcome to visit for an in-person inspection. Third-party assessments like SGS and COC are also welcome.
5. Can you assist with shipping?
Certainly! We offer a full range of shipping services, including EX-factory, FOB, CIF, and door-to-door delivery. If you have your own shipping agent, we can arrange delivery to their warehouse or load the container directly at our factory.
